Gambo provides tools to upload, manage, remind, and share documents. You are responsible for the content you upload and for complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

You must keep your account credentials secure and confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Plans and billing
The free plan includes a limited number of documents. Paid plans provide higher limits and additional features. Charges are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period.
5. Acceptable use
You may not upload illegal content, malware, or material that infringes third-party rights. You may not use the service in any way that harms other users, disrupts the platform, or violates applicable law.
6. Data
We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your files. By using the service you grant us the rights necessary to store, process, and deliver them on your behalf.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting us.
8. Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
